DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

2010-2011

-Successfully launched the Ways to Work Used Car Loan Program, and expanded the client market to better diversify the agency’s loan portfolio to reduce delinquency rates to a 4% from 10% average rate.
-Attended and directed in appropriate professional development programs to attain and exceed competency based in contractual agreements with local funders.
-Develops policies, departmental goals, strategic business plans, and implements new initiatives to achieve the vision and mission at Family Matters.
-Develops strategies to continue to form partnerships with academic institutions; corporate companies and other non-profit organizations.
-Broaden the agencies outreach to include diverse communities, through media presence, radio show hosting at local radio stations, collateral content development, and advertisement.
-Collaborates with the CEO and COO in organizational fund development initiatives.
